Floently Finnish is operated by Komplyint Oy. This policy explains how Floently handles information when you use Floently Finnish on web, iOS or Android.
Information we collect
- Account information, such as email address, name if provided, sign-in method and authentication identifiers.
- Learning activity, such as lessons opened, practice progress, vocabulary, grammar, speaking and YKI practice results.
- Audio or speech practice content when you choose to record or submit spoken Finnish responses.
- Payment and subscription entitlement information from app stores or payment providers. Floently does not store full card details.
- Technical information such as device type, app version, logs, diagnostics and security events.
How we use information
- To provide the learning app and keep your progress available across sessions.
- To support Finnish practice, YKI preparation, feedback, roleplay and subscription access.
- To maintain security, prevent abuse, fix bugs and improve the service.
- To respond to support, privacy and account deletion requests.
Third-party services
Floently may use trusted services for authentication, hosting, payments, analytics, crash reporting, app distribution and email support. These providers process data only as needed to operate the service.
Data retention and deletion
You can request deletion of your Floently account and associated learning data. Some limited records may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, tax, payment or dispute purposes.
